Only six more weeks to go before the big challenge (250km in sand with a 10kg back pack) and I really need to get on with my training. I have had a chest infection that has taken me two weeks to get rid of but I am now finally ok and have been running four times this week. I need to increase my running next week to 2-21/2 hour though.
Our team Good Sport will have one week training together in Hong Kong end of April so that will be a good help for all of us and our last effort before we leave for Namibia on the 14th of May.
I will try to update regarding my training progress before the race.
